C.I.H.E.R.T.s team of experts facilitate Equine-Assisted Learning programs that target personal growth and professional development through a series of specially designed exercises.

Our two-legged facilitators help individuals identify and reflect on incongruencies between intentions and behavior, exploring the "should dos" "ought tos" and "need tos" that often stand in the way of making sustainable organizational and personal change.

C.I.H.E.R.T.s four-legged facilitators assist participants in learning the power and strength in non-verbal communication, decision-making assumptions and interdependencies found in organizational and family settings.  By inviting individuals to participate as part of the herd, horses offer an "honest mirroring opportunity" to observe your choices, helping you polish interpersonal and intra-personal skills.
